About BlaBlaCar Daily

BlaBlaCar Daily is a subsidiary of BlaBlaCar dedicated to short-distance carpooling (less than 80 km) and in particular to home-work journeys. It operates with a mobile application and a dedicated brand. Strengthened by the merger-acquisition of Klaxit in April 2023, the use of short-distance carpooling is growing strongly, in collaboration with local authorities (B2G) and private employers (B2B) partners.

Your Mission

As a B2G Account Manager, you are responsible for supporting our partner communities on a daily basis, maintaining a strong and trusting customer relationship, promoting loyalty and retention, increasing the use of short-distance carpooling, maximizing the value of existing customers, while identifying new opportunities for the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop the use of daily carpooling in partner communities in your area :

  • ⚬ Support and coach our partner communities so that they can massively and effectively promote the service

  • ⚬ Ensure that communication actions generate user activations, monitor and understand the results

  • ⚬ Solicit internal marketing support to generate registrations/activations

  • Be a guarantor of customer satisfaction 

  • ⚬ Ensure privileged moments of exchange with customers in order to promote actions and meet their needs

  • ⚬ Prepare and present monitoring/steering committees based on customer needs  

  • Build loyalty

  • ⚬ Be able to significantly increase year after year the commitment of communities to the development of daily carpooling

  • ⚬ Ensure that the customer remains in partnership with BlaBlaCar Daily over time

Your Profile

  • You have 2 years of experience in account management/customer service or in the mobility/communities sector

  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills

  • You can work independently on a large (and different) scope of clients

  • You understand the evolution of daily carpooling in the territories and the prospects for development in the short, medium and long term

  • You are comfortable in English
