Chief of Staff
Bnberry is transforming the $87 billion travel tech industry by changing how hotels and resorts connect with guests worldwide. We combine innovative technology with hands-on operational excellence, empowering hospitality partners to reach guests in new, memorable ways. We’re seeking a dynamic, highly organized Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO, Ilya, and coordinate leadership operations across all company functions.
What You’ll Do
• Own and drive key follow-ups, meeting upkeep (agendas, transcripts, templates), and execute company-changing initiatives.
• Attend leadership meetings to ensure all reports, action items, and templates are produced, tracked, and available for leadership review.
• Proactively follow up on decisions, agreements, and priorities; drive accountability with department heads and leadership.
• Help design, implement, and enforce company workflows for reports, projects, and meetings.
• Coordinate resource requests from across the business and support strategic initiatives with the CEO.
• Maintain consistency and transparency in routines, metrics, and reporting—ensuring every action is tracked and delivered.
• Collaborate with consultants as needed to upgrade processes and automate reporting.
Requirements
Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or executive support—ranging from top-tier Personal Assistant level up to Senior Chief of Staff.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and a standout communicator.
• Boldly proactive—able to push for clarity, follow-through, and workflow adoption across fast-paced teams.
• Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to adapt your schedule to support colleagues in both EST (US) and CET (Europe) time zones as needed.
• Passionate about enabling change and impactful company projects, not just executing routine tasks.
Benefits
What We Offer
• Competitive benefits package—including generous vacation time, health support, remote work flexibility, and opportunities for personal growth.
• A fast-paced, global work environment with the chance to make your mark at the leadership level.
• Supportive, innovative culture focused on transparency, impact, and collaboration.
• Opportunities to work with advanced productivity tools, reporting systems, and automation experts.
Don't let this one get away.
