Lead Gen Specialist

We're a marketing agency for home service businesses. We run paid acquisition and cold outbound to keep a steady flow of qualified leads coming in — for our clients and for ourselves. We're hiring a Lead Gen Specialist to own two engines:

PPC: Run the weekly optimization loop on client ad accounts. Pull the data, find what's actually holding performance back, propose the fix, get it approved, ship it, and report what happened. Plus intake and launch new campaigns.

Cold email: Own our internal outbound. Scrape and build lists, build campaigns in Instantly, run them, audit them, fix what breaks, report results.

This is a self-managed, async role. We don't hand out daily tasks. You'll own a weekly cadence and we'll trust you to hold it. If you need someone checking in on you to stay on track, this isn't the seat.

This role IS for you if:

  • You can look at a campaign's numbers and tell the difference between a traffic problem, a click problem, and a conversion problem — and you fix the right one.

  • You've run a weekly optimization or reporting rhythm on your own and kept it consistent for months.

  • You've built and run cold email campaigns and know why deliverability dies and how to bring it back.

  • You treat a report as the setup for a decision, not the finish line.

This role is NOT for you if:

  • You need daily direction or a manager pinging you to stay on task.

  • You like pulling reports but stop short of recommending what to do about them.

  • You've never managed paid spend or run cold outbound hands-on. We don't train from zero.

Tools: Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Claude, Instantly (or similar), a list-scraping tool, Asana, Slack, Google Sheets.
