We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding global team. In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent for customer-facing roles across the USA, with occasional support for global hiring needs.
Success in this position requires a passion for connecting with people, a keen eye for spotting outstanding candidates, and the drive to make an impactful difference in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the USA and, as needed, globally- covering all aspects of the hiring process, from LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting to CV screening, phone screening, and interview coordination.
Utilize effective sourcing tools and advertise on social networks to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to guide and support them throughout the recruitment process.
Execute efficiently and meet all recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
Collaborate with teams across different departments and work closely with our HQ in Tel Aviv.
Generate Talent Acquisition reports leveraging data and analytics.
Participates in HR-related projects and/or performs other tasks as required.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to fully manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles and, as needed, other regions like Australia and Europe.
Proven experience recruiting for customer-facing roles
Proficiency with strategic sourcing techniques, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings, and a commitment to staying current with industry best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
A team-oriented approach with a positive, can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Based on the East Coast is a must!
Nice to have:
Experience working with a global team and understanding of diverse recruitment markets.
Please note that this is a Remote position
