Sales Development Representative

LEGIOSIX is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to meet our company’s goals.The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven sales success track record. The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, curiosity about the industry, and tenacity. This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role, and create ways to attain new accounts. To be successful as an SDR, you should be determined to achieve and surpass each of your work-related goals. Ultimately, an outstanding SDR will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways in which to garner clients' interest in meeting with our Business Specialists.

When setting appointments SDR must ensure the following things:

  • Budget. The prospect has sufficient budget to purchase our services.

  • Authority. Only set up appointments with decision-makers who have the authority to buy.

  • Value. Make sure that the prospect would benefit from what we have to offer.

  • Timeframe. Assess prospects timescales when they can buy and their buying process.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact. Create brand awareness and request referrals. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process.

  • Book Appointments: Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between new clients and Account Executives

  • Be able to conduct extensive research on your potential leads to find the “person in charge” to be able to set the meetings.

  • Properly explain the services to prospective customers when making appointments

  • Set a MINIMUM of 3 Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO’s are meetings held and marked as qualified by Business Specialists.)

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for LEGIOSIX

  • Contact and qualify potential customers

  • Set appointments and follow up on leads

  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales

  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

  • Self-starter used to working in a scrappy team

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients

  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

 

Compensation

  • $200/week + $300/SQO + Bonuses

  • Bonuses are based on deals closed.

  • Base Pay will be raised from the $200/wk up to $1,000/wk based on the first 90 day’s performance.

Performance: Min. 3 SQO/week 

(SQO’s are meetings held and marked as qualified by Business Specialists.)

*Est. earnings $1,100 per week.

 

Example

 This is an example of the income you can earn and be paid out via direct deposit weekly.

Week 1: You set 4 appointments for the business specialists

Pay out for week 1: $1,400 ($200 base pay + $300x4 appointments set) 

You will also earn an additional bonus if any of those 4 appointments you set sign on as a client.
