Workflow Automation Engineer

What You Will Do…

As a Workflow Automation Engineer, you'll implement complex automated workflows using our industry leading Workflow Automation platform. As a member of the Professional Services Team, you will need to lean on both your technical skills and customer engagement skills. This is a rewarding position for a candidate that has a strong technical background AND enjoys the satisfaction of guiding a customer through the entire business workflow automation transformation process.

On any given day you may be working with a SME from a small non-profit, to an enterprise level executive. Implementation can include configuring forms/dashboards to scripting complex queries or interacting with APIs. Point is, everyday provides a new challenge and opportunity to use/develop your broad skill set. We are looking for individuals that thrive in a dynamic, self-directed, solution oriented environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze requirements and provide guidance as customers prepare for the workflow implementations 

  • Use your technical expertise to configure/implement complex workflow solutions based on customer requirements

  • Develop dynamic and interactive workflow components, such as, forms, dashboards, and reports

  • Develop highly complex workflow routing solutions (business rules, dynamic task assignment, task configuration)

  • Develop workflow automation integration components (SQL Server DB, JavaScript, REST, API, AI)

  • Deliver high-quality work and timely service, track and enter your billable and non-billable service hours

  • Collaborate with a high-performing and experienced team of workflow engineers

  • Proven experience meeting critical deadlines and managing project change

  • Hands-on experience performing technical software/SaaS implementations 

  • Prior customer engagement/success experience

  • Responsiveness to customer needs and a desire to quickly resolve inquiries/issues

  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with peers on technical solutions

  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner (both written and verbally)

  • A wide range of demonstrated technical and soft (communication/pm) skills

Candidate should have demonstrated experience with the following technologies:

  • Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, XML)

  • Relational Databases (SQL Server DB - preferred and/or Oracle, demonstrated complex query development)

  • Integration Technologies (API, Lambda, Web Services, REST, AI Integration)

  • Intermediate to expert JavaScript skills are preferred in this role

  • Demonstrated experience working on client engagements/projects

  • Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on Integrify experience (or similar tools such as ProcessMaker, KissFlow, Appian, Creatio, etc), but we encourage all qualified applicants to apply
