
E-Commerce & B2B Specialist - In-Country Enablement

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive eCommerce & B2B Specialist to support our In-Country Operations team. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can manage marketplace operations, monitor account performance, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment planning to ensure smooth operations across multiple international marketplaces.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies, including lost or damaged units, returns, and stranded stock.
Monitor account health, policy compliance, and pricing; resolve suppressed listings, performance notifications, and other account alerts.
Generate and analyze reports on sales, returns, inventory performance, and other key metrics.
Manage end-to-end B2B orders, coordinating with warehouses and retail partners on fulfillment, labeling, logistics, returns, and replenishments.
Prepare packing lists, invoices, and documentation while maintaining accurate records for tracking and reconciliation.
Identify opportunities for growth through analysis of promotions, profitability, and marketplace performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to anticipate and resolve operational challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of experience in eCommerce and/or logistics operations required.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with internal and external partners.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
Proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of anticipating issues before they arise.
Familiarity with WMS platforms and Amazon Seller Central preferred.
Experience managing B2B orders, including shipping documentation and invoicing preferred.
