Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Enterprise Sales Manager, you will use your experience, domain expertise and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of Rectangle Health’s payment technology with Enterprise prospects to streamline, consolidate and improve the patient payment experience. Primary job duties:
Be passionate, enthusiastic and a successful new business sales person who wants to be part of an elite patient payment companies!
Be a key player in Rectangle Health’s enterprise sales team to drive net new business sales into large accounts specializing in Dental, Orthopedic, Fertility, Ophthalmology groups and organizations
Responsible to build your own network by leveraging existing contacts
Thorough knowledge of healthcare services, revenue cycle and payment experience
Effectively manage a territory through time-management skills for cold calls to measure interest, self-demonstration of Rectangle Health payment software, progress client through the sales cycle and source and schedule appointments
Drive the sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, marketing and sales support.
Implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Rectangle Health’s products and portfolio
Use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
Employ employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Rectangle Health as a viable healthcare payment technology solution alternative to legacy payment processing solutions.
Meet sales goals and objectives set by management
Minimum qualifications:
Significant experience selling SaaS/healthcare solutions, Revenue Cycle Management, Financial solutions to key decision makers within DSO’s, Fertility, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology and other mid-market, high patient out of pocket verticals
Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Rectangle Health solutions within prospective accounts
Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand/web services/ Cloud / SaaS architecture
Learn and grow in the role as part of a dynamic and intimate sales team
Proven success with transformational selling and strategy
Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize on sales opportunities
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
