Sales Development Representative

Social Factor has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Sales Development Representative to support our growing sales team with lead generation through a variety of means. The focus will be on prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification. The SDR will develop strategies alongside the sales team to obtain leads whose needs align with the services that Social Factor offers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and leads

  • Reach out to potential customers and prospects through various channels (e.g. email, phone, and social media)

  • Qualify leads and prospects based on their fit with our products and services

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to gather information and identify their needs

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

  • Track and report on the performance of sales development activities

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior leadership.

  • Maintain awareness and passion for social media marketing trends and best practices. You keep a pulse on what’s happening, and you offer smart POVs on how businesses should adapt accordingly.

  • Internet speed requirement of a minimum of 50 Mbps
