Capture Manager

Are you passionate about helping to solve the critical cybersecurity challenges that enterprises are facing today? If so, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capture Manager to join our dynamic Strategic Development Group. The Capture Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing government contracts for Federal/DoD, Defense Industrial Base (DIB), State, local, tribal, education.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies to secure government contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the capture process, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including proposal development, project management, and technical experts, to ensure the successful execution of capture strategies.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and position the organization favorably in the government procurement landscape.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the capture process, developing contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully capturing and securing government contracts, particularly in the Federal sector.

  • Excellent organizational, account management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create compelling value propositions for government clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on understanding customer needs and requirements.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of client and partner organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Government Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • Previous experience in government capture management, business development, or a related field in an enterprise sales environment.

  • Relevant certifications in government contracting, business development, or related areas are a plus.

  • Networking, sales, or management consulting experience with a focus on government clients.

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
