We are a fully distributed company with team members located across North America, Latin America, and Europe. Come join us and help us create the best content, everywhere that matters.

This is a 6-month paid internship working with the Director of Growth (Sales)  on key strategic initiatives before having the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate has a background and strong interest in Growth Marketing and is excited about assisting with the execution and project management of a best-in-class growth strategy for our top-tier partners. As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific growth / SEO projects for the Director of Growth (Sales) while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Your partnership with internal team members and external sources is a valued contribution to the success of Graphite. You will also learn about technical and programmatic SEO, content strategy, CRO, and design while gaining valuable exposure to major brands in the tech industry. In addition to client-facing projects, you will assist the Director of Growth (Sales) in managing the execution of key strategic initiatives for the sales team.

  • Crafting medium to large SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization projects for high-growth startups and enterprise-level clients

  • Responsible for the daily interactions with internal sales teams, including the Founder/CEO, Senior Director or Operations, Revenue Operations Lead, and Sales Enablement Analyst

  • Preparing client deliverables, including Google docs, presentations, and Excel sheets, in collaboration with the DOG and internal sales team to ensure all client deliverables look and feel premium

  • Ensuring all internal project team members are delivering high-quality work on time and in scope

  • Creating internal process documents to ensure project efficiencies

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands

  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, and to escalate issues when necessary

  • Excellent presentation and deck-building skills

How we’ll help

Graphite’s mission is to create an environment where you build the best work of your career. In order to facilitate this, we provide:

  • Process As Needed - We view the process as a way to empower better work, not as a series of dogmatic rules. We develop the best internal processes the same way we develop products - through iteration, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Autonomy - We trust you to be excellent at what you do. We will provide as much support as needed when needed, but no more. You will have autonomy and agency to drive projects forward, and own decisions and outcomes.

  • Flexible Work Environment - Everyone’s optimal work style is unique. We operate as a distributed team across North & Latin America and Europe. We optimize for productivity and performance, not time spent in an office. Help us build an optimal work environment that fits you as an individual.

Graphite provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information or any other protected classification.
