About the Role:

As a Funnel Specialist at Grow Baby Grow, you'll play a key role in the growth of both our partners and our company. You'll be designing, auditing, and optimizing our marketing funnels—the cornerstone of our service offerings.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about automation, knowledgeable about CRMs (we use HighLevel), and driven by data to continuously innovate and improve.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and document the architecture of both internal and client funnels.

• Track, audit, and optimize all different types of funnels to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Report on funnel performance data, providing insights and recommendations.

• Develop strategies and experiments for increasing funnel conversion rates and reducing error incidents.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful funnel launches and optimizations.

• Stay updated with the latest courses, trends, and technologies in funnel strategy and automation.

Who You Are:

• You are proficient in CRMs (HighLevel knowledge is a plus!), with a strong understanding of its application in funnel building and optimization.

• You have experience using automation tools like Zapier for connecting different software solutions.

• You have a proven record of creating and launching successful funnels.

• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• You thrive in an independent setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to report and explain funnel performance metrics clearly.
