A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We grew by 10x in 2022 and have the opportunity to grow another 5x this year, so we’re building a world class sales org to help us get there. Our Outbound Account Executives are responsible to deliver on revenue targets by landing new named accounts, and growing their revenue contributions for their first year with us. We use HubSpot (soon to be SalesForce), Apollo, AmpleMarket, and LinkedIn Sales Nav, to help get the job done, and you’ll have the support of an onboarding and support team to service your accounts.
As an Outbound AE, you’ll be reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, and will work closely with your peers and cross functional stakeholders. Process, organization, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.
What you'll do:
• Consistently deliver on sales targets by prospecting named accounts, winning new business, and growing monthly revenue contributions.
• Master your craft in sales narrative and prospect engagement.
• Use our CRM to meticulously manage your entire pipeline and customer base.
• Deliver on quarterly OKRs, with a laser focus on data (i.e. forecasting and your personal unit economics).
• Work closely with your BDRs and marketing team to ensure a high quality pipeline and conversion rates.
• Work closely with your CSMs (customer success managers) to ensure clients are onboarding employees the service agreement they’ve signed.
• Act as a brand evangelist, promoting Multiplier at relevant industry events on behalf of the greater business.
What you'll bring:
• Min 6 years sales experience.
• Min 2 of the last 3 years exceeding quota as an outbound sales rep(*required).
• Experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPIC as a sales philosophy.
• Experience multithreading mid-marketing or enterprise accounts.
• A people-first, and growth mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills, and expressed ability to land and expand accounts under your ownership.
• An affinity to work (thrive!) as a remote employee, within a fast growth business, and an incredibly explosive sector.
• The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
