Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and creating a performance marketing strategy & execution plan

  • Monitor daily platform management to identify key trends and communicate recommendations and optimization opportunities to grow existing and new accounts

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all Paid channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid

  • Identifying and testing new paid channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics of growth and ROI

  • Work cross-functionally with various teams (growth, product, data, creative, etc.) to ensure campaigns are built and optimized for success

  • Working closely with the Paid Media Strategist to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

Required Skills

  • A strong understanding of SaaS businesses and metrics

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in a similar role

  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

  • Have a basic understanding of SEO

  • Experience of working with a B2B product is a bonus

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently

  • Maniacal attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
