Regulations for US entities were written in the 1800s and have changed little since. The result is a confusing system based on antiquated assumptions about the way businesses operate — requiring physical addresses, demanding wet signatures, and communicating through physical mail.
These rules don't make sense for the way we work today — work takes place in the cloud and businesses are no longer tied to physical proximity or geography.

👩💻👨💻 Role
As an Operations and Logistics Lead, you will launch Stable in new cities to grow our customer base and revenue. Today, we offer addresses in five cities. Everyday, businesses that want to use Stable are blocked from onboarding because we do not offer an address in a city they need — you will fix this problem.
More specifically, your job will be to unlock known demand by creating a city expansion strategy and executing on it. The impact of this role will be large — the work you do will add thousands of customers and millions of dollars in recurring revenue.
Here are a few examples of the types of projects you’ll work on:
Define expansion strategy — Analyze internal + external data and work directly with the co-founders to define our city expansion strategy.
Launch new markets — Execute on our expansion strategy by traveling to cities to launch. Along the way, you’ll use and improve our launch playbook.
Establish relationships with logistics partners — Establish relationships with new and current logistics partners to troubleshoot issues, handle renewals, and serve as their main point of contact
This role is ideal for people invigorated by solving difficult problems and creating systems with large impact. You’ll be the first role of this type at Stable, and should be excited to apply your analytical, self-starter, mindset towards problems of all types.

Define our city expansion strategy by using internal + external data to model demand, revenue impact, costs, and more
Travel throughout the US to launch Stable in new markets
Work with our operations and engineering teams to get new markets up and running in production with customers
Work with our growth and sales teams to get new markets seeded with initial customers
Serve as the point of contact for all logistics partners
