Junior Designer

We are looking for a disciplined, collaborative Designer to translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and engaging creative. The person in this position will produce work for company-wide initiatives across all brands and products.

This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to help pioneer the next frontier of brand and creative design in sports and tech, and to contribute to the continued rapid scaling of one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Craft templated design systems: Develop and maintain design templates and systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Optimize presentation decks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize presentation decks for internal and external use, ensuring they effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.

  • Produce go-to-market assets: Take direction from marketing strategies and help create production assets like advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of graphic/visual design experience (preferably B2B or sports marketing): While experience is valued, we're more interested in your potential and passion for learning how to hone your design skills.

  •  A cutting-edge creative portfolio with strong attention to detail: You're the type of person who notices when something is off by just a pixel.

  • Proficiency in design tools: Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with video editing or visual effects software like Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects. 

  • Experience with UI/UX design philosophies and fundamentals.

65,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
