Account Executive

About the Role

Zero Hash is seeking a passionate Account Executive to cultivate relationships with our most important prospects, directly reporting to the Director of Revenue. This pivotal role supports the company’s core objectives by engaging strategic enterprise clients to drive revenue growth, enhance retention, and distinguish Zero Hash. The Account Executive will demonstrate leadership skills and possess comprehensive company knowledge to effectively execute responsibilities and pursue significant deals. Although previous sales experience is beneficial, we are seeking an individual who grasps our product and is genuinely enthusiastic about exploring novel use cases and identifying potential new placements for Zero Hash.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales processes for high-value client acquisition.

  • Exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.

  • Perform thorough market research within specific verticals, identifying key prospects

  • Expand prospect pipeline and networks while nurturing existing relationships.

  • Become a subject matter expert for Zero Hash’s Crypto-as-a-Service product

  • Manage entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Client Services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role

  • Ability to travel 40%

  • Demonstrated drive for success in sales

  • Strong understanding of the fintech and/or blockchain ecosystem

  • 1-3 years of experience selling analytical-driven SaaS solutions to enterprise customers including those in the financial services industry, with a focus on fintech, payments platforms, neobanks, brokers and crypto exchanges.

  • Proficiency in consultative and challenger sales processes and B2B SaaS

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business or related discipline

We power neo-banks, broker-dealers, and payment groups to offer digital asset trading and custody, crypto-backed rewards and round-ups programs.
