Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Demand Generation Strategist to drive strategic demand generation initiatives and lead client relationships. This role focuses on creating, capturing, and converting demand through multi-channel programs while maintaining accountability for revenue and ROI.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Client Management

- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive demand-generation strategies

- Lead client relationships, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning sessions

- Guide clients on B2B demand generation and marketing operations best practices

- Proactively identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges

Demand Generation & Program Management

- Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel programs driving brand awareness and pipeline generation

- Optimize the entire new acquisition funnel based on revenue impact

- Collaborate with performance marketing managers to deploy client budgets across digital channels

- Drive both paid and non-paid program initiatives

- Oversee campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline metrics

Analytics & Performance

- Analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, MAP, ABM Tools, Web Analytics)

- Generate actionable insights and recommendations focused on revenue impact

- Track and optimize ROI and qualified pipeline to marketing spend ratios

- Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders & build a strong narrative around performance.

What we think your background would look like:

- 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS (agency or in-house)

- Proven track record managing enterprise B2B client relationships

- Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube)

- Deep understanding of B2B marketing concepts and metrics (MQL, SQL, SQA)

Technical Knowledge

- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)

- Strong understanding of Salesforce, including objects and system interactions

- Experience with ABM tools and marketing analytics platforms

- Expertise in marketing technology stack optimization
