🧠 About the Role 

We’re hiring a Senior Demand Generation Strategist to lead strategy and performance for some of our most complex, high-value B2B SaaS clients — typically mid- to late-stage companies selling into enterprise buyers, with long sales cycles and multi-touch GTM motions.

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring team members, improving internal systems, and helping us scale the way we deliver client value.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll run strategy and execution for 1–3 key accounts, while supporting and unblocking Pod Leads who run smaller programs. You’ll collaborate with our founder and operations lead to evolve how we deliver campaigns, structure reporting, and tell clear stories around the data.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy and execution for 1–3 enterprise B2B SaaS clients

  • Guide cross-functional pods (analyst, designer, ops) and run client calls

  • Design and implement demand gen programs across paid, organic, email, and ABM

  • Present clear, focused insights to client executives and revenue leaders

  • Review strategy and QA deliverables across other pods as needed

  • Coach and support Demand Strategists and Pod Leads — offering strategic direction, feedback, and context

  • Identify internal gaps in campaign delivery, messaging, or pacing — and work with Ops to fix them

  • Contribute to campaign frameworks, SOPs, and internal training

  • Lead client reviews (monthly + quarterly), ensuring we’re driving business outcomes, not just activity

🧠 What Your Background Might Look Like

  • 7+ years in B2B demand generation, ideally with SaaS clients or in an agency

  • Proven experience running strategy for complex, enterprise-focused accounts

  • Deep hands-on experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta)

  • Comfortable designing and presenting cross-channel plans that touch media, email, landing pages, and nurture

  • Solid working knowledge of attribution, CAC/LTV models, funnel math, and pipeline reporting

  • Strong HubSpot skills (Salesforce is a bonus)

  • Experience guiding junior strategists or specialists

  • Comfortable communicating with executive stakeholders

  • Familiarity with ClickUp or other async PM tools
