
Sr. Global Revenue Onboarding Manager
Algolia is seeking a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager to help us build a world-class enablement and training program for our newly added Algolians in revenue. You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing our onboarding and ramp program for new hires.

Your role will consist of:
Develop & manage a global training program that delivers measurable results for ramping AEs, BDRs & SDRs and front line leaders.
Iterating on the delivery of content, training, cross-functional reinforcement & measurements that align to goals and objectives of the program.
Running programs and workshops on subject matters like e.g. platform knowledge, ideal customer profiles, skills, key processes, and tools
Thinks how to effectively scale programs without impacting the efficacy and/or learning experience, by appropriately leveraging in person, virtual and self-paced learning appropriately
Builds strong cross-functional relationships, gather business insights, and translating it into opportunities to help Algolians excel in their roles
Has strong critical thinking and analytical skills used to identify how to attribute appropriate metrics and milestones for progress
Partners with our Education, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product and Sales teams to maintain training material and enablement collateral
Act as a liaison/partner between RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and other internal stakeholders to report on new hire performance and productivity
Thinks about outcomes first and is able to make the delivery output highly applicable with strong retention
You might be a fit if you have:
Experience and success in direct selling and/or sales team management
Comfortable having 1:1 coaching sessions with Salespeople
Passionate about developing people
Excels in creating meaningful, applicable learning experiences & content tailored to their audience
Equally strategic and analytical
Results driven with a strong bias for action
Experience rolling out enablement programs to remote workforces
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth SaaS organization
Very strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Excellent project management skills
Ability to travel 25-30% of the time
Nice to have:
Experience with the MEDDPICC or Challenger selling model
Experience with the following tools: Clari, Chorus, Workramp, Salesloft
Experience building and growing a training organization
Familiarity with SaaS business fundamentals
Experience with API-based platforms and tech ecosystems
