YOUR ROLE
Bold Penguin’s (Sales) Revenue Operations Specialist will define and deliver techniques to improve funnel performance and accelerate revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end process related to tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business as well as hold the sales team accountable for results. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing processes and automation to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within Sales as well as between all departments that touch the clients and prospects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process and identifying friction points at every stage of the sales funnel.
Support the enterprise sales team.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Recognize, develop, and implement automation & process improvements within the Sales organization, as well as between Sales, Implementation/Onboarding and Account Management.
Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders.
Manage and maintain the Sales Representatives’ adherence to the sales process.
Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies.
Transform Salesforce into the central hub of the Sales organization, providing a 360-degree view of all prospect and client information and interactions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years experience in sales or business role.
3-5 years of experience in sales operations with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system & process requirements, and ensure execution.
Proven excellence multi tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals.
Mastery of Salesforce and Excel.
Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Pardot and Salesloft.
