Job Description

We are now looking to find an Operational Coordinator to join one of our biggest tech clients. This opportunity will see you join our Embedded team as you work closely within the Marketing Entertainment & Media Products division. You’ll liaise with various team members from cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, Legal, Communications, and other vendor agencies. 

You will play a key role in ensuring all the teams are aligned on project status and flagging the person responsible for each task. You will be a natural people-person, and communicating both verbally and in writing will come as second nature to you. You excel at sending out internal communications and creating expectations on when these can be expected.   

What you’ll do

  • Support the team by organizing executive rollouts

  • Work with cross-functional teams and talk about a macro holistic view 

  • Help develop the proper templates for internal communications

  • Provide insights on the proper cadence for communication

  • Create and share weekly status updates for the team

  • Send internal communications using templates created by you

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working within a similar role 

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • An ability to hold yourself and others accountable for the work that needs to be done

  • Strong time management skills

  • Previous experience delivering monthly/weekly updates and reports

Bonus points:

  • Prior experience working within marketing or media environments

This is a full-time embedded position working 100% with our client's office. This position is remote until further notice, following COVID-19 recommended SIP guidelines.
