Your opportunity:

Join our tight-knit high-growth team that thrives on building magical products that improve people's lives. As our Head of Finance, you'll be a trusted advisor and a critical part of CoinTracker's strategy. You'll run the Finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Tax) and position the business for long-term growth and success.

Some of the skills we're excited about:

• A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in strategic corporate finance, private equity/venture capital, investment banking and/or management consulting, ideally coupled with operating experience

• Experience taking a company from tens of people to hundreds while investing in critical growth drivers

• Team-first attitude with a strong sense of empathy

• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup

We have minimal process, and the majority of our time is spent working and collaborating asynchronously through tools like Figma, Github, Google Meet, Linear, Notion, Slack, Zendesk. We also stay aligned and bonded through weekly sprints, standups, all hands, and socials.
