We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our marketing team. In partnership with other members of the marketing team, you will manage Copper’s paid search channels (AdWords, Bing), controlling all aspects of paid search optimization - budget, copy, landing page and conversion optimization.
This position will report to Senior Manager, Growth Marketing.
What you'll do ...
Lead day-to-day management of Copper’s AdWords and Bing Accounts
Consistently increase the quality and quantity of paid search MQLs in our ICP
Analyze channel performance beyond impressions and clicks - MQLs, SQLs, Closed Deals, ROI
Ensure accurate attribution modeling for paid search campaigns - first and last touch, multi-touch attribution
Create and continuously experiment with new campaigns, keywords and landing pages
Partner with our SEO agency to align the efforts and share keywords ideas
Stay on top of the latest paid search and conversion optimization trends
What you'll bring ...
5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (ideally for a B2B SaaS company)
Highly analytical mindset, with experience building complex reports, dashboards and using advanced analytics tools
Good writing skills - ad copy, landing pages
Experience with video marketing
Solid project management skills
Experience with Google Tag manager - conversion and event tracking
Nice to have: experience managing paid social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook) and display/programmatic
