Sr. Growth Data Strategist (U.S. Only)

As a part of that foundation, we want to build a strong pipeline of detailed consumer behavior analysis to ensure our go-to-market strategy stays consistently in-touch with our partners and insureds by gathering market data, performing analysis, and evaluating strategic decisions. 

Full Job Description

We are looking for a multi-talented, high-energy individual that will help create, coordinate and execute on our strategic priorities across sales, analytics, and technology. The successful candidate will be part scientist, part growth strategist, and part product manager to create a strong bridge between our data and growth teams. As the bridge you’ll help inform the strategic foundation of our go to market tactics.

Requirements

• Comfort in working flexibly and iteratively with large sets of data

• Strong analytical skills

• Deep understanding of Statistics, Economics, and marketing theory, ideally with a focus on Consumer Behavior

• Demonstrated ability listen to and anticipate the needs of stakeholders

• Previous launches of analytics and data products that have driven changes in decision making

• 5+ years marketing, supply-chain, or data and analytics work, demonstrating ever-more sophisticated data-driven projects with a focus on go-to-market

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Familiarity with R, Python, Julia or other statistical-analysis focused language

• Fluency in SQL

• Detailed understanding of Consumer Behavior in Brokered Industries

• Advanced Degree (MBA, PHD, MS) in relevant field
