We are a market leader in many product categories such as sleeping bags, cots, ski gloves, ski goggles, running gloves, stand up paddles, surfing accessories, headwear, and more.

Regional Expansion Manager Role
We are looking for a Regional Expansion Manager to help us grow and expand our presence on the non-US Amazon marketplaces. The Regional Expansion Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the expansion, will coordinate the efforts of other teams and will become an expert on the market specifics of the different countries. This role would be perfect for someone who has already sold before on Amazon or worked for an Amazon Seller with both US and non-US markets.
Experience & Qualifications we’re looking for:
Experience and full understanding of Amazon FBA, SellerCentral and other Amazon related programs
Familiarity with listing updates, flat files and the importance of listing Keywords
Experience with reporting and analytics, high proficiency with excel (lookups, pivots, sumifs). Power BI experience is an advantage
Experience with working cross functionally on complex projects
Experience with creating new processes and documentation
Traits we’re looking for:
Highly analytical, logical and have a strong business acumen
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a varied workload
High proficiency in Excel and SellerCentral
Independent and proactive, can learn and figure out things quickly
Able to coordinate the work with other departments but also happy to roll up the sleeves and have the job done
Bi-lingual Spanish language skill is a bonus but not essential
Here are some of the areas you will work on:
Product Catalogue: analyze data to identify our best selling products for the different non-US markets
Shipment creation and monitoring: create restock shipments from our 3PLs to Amazon FCs based on run rates and current stock levels and monitor execution
Listing and other SellerCentral updates: based on business strategy update SellerCentral reports and flat files on listing details, pricing, etc.
Taxation and local regulations: work closely with our tax service providers on setup and paperworks so we are fully aligned to the country specific tax and legal requirements
Market trends and opportunities: research and identify specific market trends / opportunities in the non-US marketplaces. Share findings with other teams and coordinate actions to exploit these opportunities
Reorder Management: work closely with the analytics team to incorporate non-US market needs in the reorder process
3PL management: research the local markets for 3PL providers and establish our 3PL processes in the new countries
Listing translations: arrange and coordinate our listings’ translations with 3rd party providers or contractors
Your Experience at the Company:
You will report to the Director of Operations and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing, Creative and Business Analytics teams.
You must be okay with morning or late evening calls to talk with the team in the Philippines, China, UK/Spain/Hungary or on the US East Coast, or with our 3PLs and forwarders on the US West Coast.
You will meet with your teammates 4 times per year in the Philippines (when travel is back to normal). Here’s our company structure: 15 in PH, 1 in Canada, 3 in the US (including CEO), 2 in China, 1 in UK, 1 in Spain, 1 in Hungary
Creative team (4): graphic design, product/packaging design, photo shoots, video shoot speccing
Sales & Marketing (5): listing optimization, keyword research, PPC advertising, display advertising, copywriting, SEO partnerships
Branding & Marketing (1): high-level branding, guidance on product listings
Customer Happiness (2): customer support, handwritten letters to customers
Development (1): automating processes, scraping data, providing data-driven insights
Operations (3): Supply Chain and inventory management, sales analysis, report automations, project management and process improvements
China team (2): sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, vendor management, logistics
