
Director of Talent Acquisition
About The Role:
Facet Wealth is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Director of Talent Acquisition to help scale and lead our rapidly growing team. As the leader of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the recruitment process across all business functions and levels of the organization. The Director of Talent Acquisition will report to the Head of People.
Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic plan for Talent Acquisition focusing on innovation to attract highly skilled candidates and to provide superior candidate experiences.
Building and developing a skilled recruiting team across our specialized functions
Recruitment of senior specialized roles across G&A, tech, sales, and product
Use data and analytics to continually improve the process and the caliber of candidates applying. Ensure processes are efficient, effective and legally compliant.
Training of hiring managers and recruiters
Plan, budget, and manage expenses to ensure budget attainment
Develop and achieve OKRs and KPIs for Talent Acquisition
Provide management reports as appropriate
Develop new strategies to identify, attract, and evaluate ideal candidates
Oversee talent acquisition workflow and strategy with recruiting team and stakeholders
Continuously improving all areas of the recruiting function and process
Partnering with leaders to navigate the general hiring process and their teams’ hiring needs
Educating direct reports, peers, and leaders on recruitment best practices
Job Specific Requirements:
8-10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters
Experience in the startup environment or fast scaling organization
Understanding and expertise of recruiting systems, platforms, and reporting
Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition planning
Previous experience building a talent acquisition team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and influence
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience driving DE&I initiatives related to talent acquisition is preferred.
Proficient with Google suite and comfortable with technology
Superb attention to detail and organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
Familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
An exceptional leader able to build and lead a team
