HR Generalist

Floify is looking for an HR Generalist to provide HR and recruiting support for a fast-paced and extremely driven mostly-remote team.  At Floify, no two days will ever be the same and you’ll have the opportunity to help solve big problems, with a balance of team support and ownership of your work. What You'll Do:

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts

• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

• Assist with payroll and benefits administration

• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

• Technical and general talent acquisition and building strong candidate pipelines for each teams hiring needs
