
Sales Engineer
Floify is looking for a Sales Engineer to help our customers create custom workflows by using the Floify software, support our customer facing teams with complex technical solutions, and create an effective and workable pattern of success for our customers and prospects throughout the pre and post sales customer lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is excited to work with deeply technical products and can specialize in explaining product specs and create custom workflows with our customers to support their overall technical strategies. You will also ensure our product meets customer demand and consult on product development. You will work closely with our pre and post sales teams to help create unique workflows to keep our customers competitive and deliver a world-class experience to our customers. If you have expertise in REST APIs and technical web-based workflows, and if you love building relationships with customers while providing a solution for their needs, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Work alongside the sales, success, and support teams to help our customers navigate creative solutions for their custom workflow by using the Floify software
Support the technical needs of our customers by being the go-to person for their API, integrations, and overall strategies
Understand Floify and Mortgage technology, integrations, and the differing layers of our customer needs
Be available to the Sales and Success teams to interact with customers on integrations, project proposals, and demos
Listen to customer feedback to determine future product needs and technical enhancements
Establish an outstanding customer rapport and acceptance amongst our customers
Help customers resolve integration issues that may arise
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure prospects and customers receive consistent cohesive information
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:
You must live in the State of Colorado, Texas, Illinois, or Wyoming (required!) but this position can be full-time remote from any of these locations
2+ years professional experience with technical workflow or systems setup
Java development experience very helpful in the success of this role
Knowledge of technical systems, and APIs/integrations very helpful
Strong problem solving ability is required
Must be able to describe complex situations in understandable terms
Some Java, REST API, and Postman (or similar) experience very helpful
Experience speaking to customers about technical solutions
Must be an exceptional team player and have top-notch communication skills
