About the role

We are currently on the lookout for an ambitious go-getting Closer.

The closer is on the front line and responsible for driving revenues throughout the business. You will be contacting prospective clients predominately by e-mail, running demonstrations, and ultimately negotiating and closing deals. 

The Closer will work as part of the Outreach team which consists of a Prospector and Outreacher, managed by the Outreach manager.

Closer -  Responsible for all replies, negotiating placement prices, negotiating content topics, answering all questions for sites to sell, submitting content to sites, following up until links are placed, sites are listed on IC, or Deals Concierge analyst has satisfied DC deals. Gives finished orders back to the Outreach Manager.

Key responsibilities

As a Closer your responsibilities will be:

  • Contacting International prospective clients by email and phone to close the deal, working tenaciously to maximize your contact levels and ultimately your sales

  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial telephone contact to completion of the sale

  • You will be building strong relationships with clients to effectively hand-over over to our client success team for client onboarding.

  • You will work towards weekly and monthly KPI's, both individually and as a team

Who we are looking for

Someone extremely organized, perfect English, can manage a shitload of mini-tasks (keep track of all the emails), someone who is good at making sure the content is what was ordered and links are in the right place, someone who can stay on a calendar with a ton of reminders

Requirements:

  • You are confident and tenacious, overcoming obstacles and securing deals

  • Previous sales experience in a telephone-based B2B or B2C role

  • Overall a kind and fun person

  • Expert negotiator and strong closer.

  • Tech-savvy

  • Strong multitasking abilities

  • Ability to quickly adapt within a high-performance and goal-driven culture.

  • Professional, persuasive, and influential level verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to develop an instant rapport with clients located all over the world in every niche.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills

  • Confident, reliable, responsible, hardworking, and a strong closer

  • Digital Marketing knowledge including but is not limited to, websites, logos, social media, etc
