About the job:
We are on a search for a passionate Talent Sourcer who will own top of the funnel sourcing, strategy and candidate engagement across multiple functions at Life360. In this role you will closely partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring goals and timelines for the team.

What you'll do:
Own the top of funnel activities from active sourcing, gaining candidate interest, and phone screening
Partner with hiring and recruiting teams to plan and execute innovative sourcing strategies
Build multiple talent pipelines for current and future roles
Champion an exceptional candidate experience while engaging and qualifying technical talent
Foster long relationships with prospective candidates
Bring a strong sense of competitive talent insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to optimize the recruiting process
Leverage sourcing metrics and KPIs to drive the success of sourcing frameworks and support recruiting process improvements
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in sourcing for engineering, product, and/or marketing teams
Experience in adopting innovative sourcing methodologies beyond LinkedIn including but not limited to Google x-ray search & social media searches
Self-starter, team player and a strong collaborator; no job is too small
Experience in building partnerships and effectively influencing leaders on talent/hiring
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic changing environment
Analytical, problem solver, and organized
Clear, concise, and proactive in both written and oral communication
Strong follow-through skills and the ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience
Have genuine care for your team, candidates, and the goals of the organization
