Business Development Representative

What you’ll do:

As part of the Osmosis Team, the Business Development Representative will help to generate qualified leads and create new partnership opportunities with medical schools, nursing schools, and other health sciences programs. While we love key results, key performance indicators, and goals to keep us organized and on track, at our size and stage all roles will evolve. Successful candidates will adapt with our ever changing organization.

In the first 90 days you will:

  • Meet the Osmosis Team!

  • Learn the ins and outs of the Osmosis platform and about our target partnerships.

  • Lead outbound prospecting

  • Conduct research on prospective partners

  • Make cold calls to targeted accounts to generate new qualified leads and build the sales pipeline

  • Initiate contact with qualified leads from marketing campaigns and events

  • Deliver product demonstrations with prospective partners and student reps

  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools to track all sales activities

  • Recruit student representatives to help promote Osmosis on campuses and drive group purchases

Who you are:

  • 6 months or more experience in B2B SaaS sales

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software

  • Strong presentation and relationship building skills 

  • Experience in educational technology solutions

  • Experience working with health science programs in the United States
