Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager who can help us GSD across all things operational for the company. This role is perfect for someone that loves executing + making improvements to processes to make them more efficient + setting up new initiatives from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities include a) client support & community management; b) drop/trading/buyout operations; c) regulatory operations and d) special projects such as setting up vault partnerships, organizing photoshoots of assets, etc.

This role is 99% execution.

What You'll Do

  • Client Support & Community Management: Manage our interactions with our community while automating processes

  • Drop & Trading & Buyout Operations: Manage our drop calendar and cross-functional projects within Asana

  • Regulatory Operations: Work with our GC to ensure that our assets are filed properly

  • Special Projects: Other projects that need to go from 0 to 1

  • Process Design & Improvements: Design systems and processes to improve efficiency, write SOPs and integrate with no-code tools to save the team time.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of work experience with some time at a startup.

  • You're a systems thinker and extremely organized.

  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where everything is “the first time this has been done.”

  • You are not afraid to roll your sleeves up where needed.
