Associate Digital Producer (U.S. Only)

Job Description:

The Content Strategy team is looking for an Associate Digital Producer to join our growing Life Sciences department. This individual will partner with the Content Strategy Manager to execute Phreesia campaigns for Life Sciences companies and internal stakeholders. The  Associate Digital Producer will work closely with cross-functional internal teams to deliver successful, effective, targeted patient engagement digital campaigns. This role requires open communication with multiple Life Sciences teams, including but not limited to Content Strategy Managers, Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Quality Assurance resources. The Associate Digital Producer will support the Digital Production team and will be responsible for triaging incoming requests, determining the work plan, managing timelines/resources/expectations, and being solutions oriented. 

We need a positive & professional, master-of-the-details team member with strong communication skills. In this role, you will focus on learning the Phreesia platform and supporting the internal Life Sciences team to ensure efficient execution of campaigns. With mentorship from digital production and creative senior leaders, this role provides exciting opportunities for continuous growth and development. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own project management of assigned campaigns - including kickoff, creative development and strategy, implementation, launch, post-launch optimizations  

  • Support manager/team with larger, high visibility accounts and special strategic projects 

  • Assist with day-to-day Content Strategy requests – including the triage of initial requests, assessment of needed resources and work plan, and coordinating with the correct parties to move work forward 

  • Provide account support in preparing MLR/PRC submissions, including providing clients with functional annotations and/or use of the submissions system to open job numbers, confirm accuracy of the creative and place functional/requested annotations, as needed 

  • Partner with manager to create detailed project plans and ensure key milestones, dependencies and timelines are proactively communicated across internal and external stakeholders 

  • Holistically identify project hurdles and develop mitigation plans to avoid launch challenges. Escalate challenges to manager & applicable team members to ensure adherence to project timelines & quality expectations 

  • Explore opportunities to optimize campaign development and operational processes and share with manager/team 

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders on a regular basis, maintaining internal status reports/boards 

  • Assist manager/team with conducting resourcing and prioritization across the team with input from key stakeholders 

  • Collaborate regularly with internal Analytics and Insights, Client Experience, Data Science, Research, Interfaces, QA and Product Management teams 

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

  • Experience shepherding projects though all internal departments and roles, ensuring proper reviews and approvals at appropriate stages  

  • Ability to work independently to drive several high visibility projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

  • Learning mindset and ability to identify/apply learning to other situations 

  • Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and requirements 

  • Strong planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet goals within constrains of time, technology and priority 

  • Critical eye for the details 

  • Self-starter, organized, ambitious, and always solution oriented 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required  

  • 1.5-2 years of experience in account and/or project management in advertising (experience in mobile/digital projects highly favored)  

  • Previous experience in managing several high visibility projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

  • Knowledge of healthcare Medical/Regulatory submission processes and meetings highly favored 

  • Ability to travel to occasional in-person team meetings when restrictions are lifted 

  • Proficiency with Monday.com, Jira, Ziflow, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe DC a plus
