The Partnerships team is a core pillar of Pipe’s GTM strategy and a critical component of Pipe’s long-term success. We drive strategic business initiatives and build new operating models to scale distribution and amplify our reach. We sit at the intersection of our internal teams and external partners ecosystems, serving as the fabric that ensures close and smooth collaboration between these parties, both of which are crucial to Pipe’s continued rapid growth.

The role:

We are hiring a GTM Partnerships Lead to grow Pipe’s partner ecosystem while facilitating product and platform collaboration between partners and internal product teams. You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and operationally about business, product, and technical challenges. You should feel comfortable thinking across several different product categories and have a deep understanding of SaaS, Fintech and enterprise sales. You also have strong communications skills and experience in working cross-organizationally to build alignment and engagement. A keen sense of ownership, drive, curiosity, and builder-mentality is a must and an understanding of recurring revenue business models & unit economics would be a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the growth of Pipe’s GTM partnerships which will include building out our channel partnerships strategy, developing scalable programs, structuring sales and marketing engagement, as well as execution of the strategy.

  • Develop and launch strategic relationships to execute on go-to-market plans, developing mutually-beneficial partnerships to increase Partner and sales revenue and alignment across key teams.

  • Manage and build a strong pipeline across diverse industries and segments including SaaS, Fintech, B2B networks and vertical-specific platforms for distribution.

  • Identify and operationalize strategic projects to drive direct revenue through Partners and successfully achieve scaled user acquisition, repeat usage, total traded volume and increase life-time value.

  • Integrate themself into the partners marketing, business development and product teams and developing close relationships with key players across the partners organization.

  • Build clear messaging and campaign testing plans within the partner product and channels along with marketing.

  • Work cross-functionally across many internal teams including Sales, Product, Finance and Marketing to ideate, plan and deliver impact across business priorities.

  • Report out on a regular cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style

  • Evaluate trends, market opportunities, partner needs, and provide feedback to cross-functional teams to accelerate growth levers and new ideas into projects.

  • Play a key role in prioritizing both general market verticals and specific partner opportunities to drive commercial value, as well as building out the future of the GTM partnership organization to execute on key verticals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of enterprise sales and/or business development experience; B2B and/or financial services a plus.

  • Deep network and understanding of SaaS, Fintech, B2B platforms and solutions.

  • Experience managing GTM sales and partnership cycles, identifying decision makers, and executing on strategic initiatives.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of product integration or management experience.

  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
