What You’ll Do:
Drive data-driven decision making throughout the GTM organization, including sales and marketing, and partner with leaders across finance, sales, marketing, and operations to gain alignment
Assist leadership in developing optimal sales and marketing strategy through quantitative analyses and research, for instance TAM analysis and uncovering new revenue opportunities
Own (develop, track, disseminate, and educate) all GTM performance metrics to drive optimal performance and return on investment
Own (identify, implement, enhance, leverage) the GTM technology stack including CRM, sales forecasting, and commissions
Manage routine budget-to-actual analyses to measure GTM team and individual performance
Manage sales commission calculations and deliver pertinent information to the sales team to motivate and retain
Develop sales compensation to incentivize and drive the sales team’s performance
Research and recommend pricing schemes for product portfolio
Design and automate the company’s pricing and quoting process and procedures
Work cross functionally with accounting and finance to tightly integrate financial systems with sales systems
Work cross functionally with marketing to deliver relevant data and insights to optimize ROI
Prepare GTM content presentations for various constituents: company-wide, board of directors, sales team
Assist with vendor management and other discrete parts of the sales cycle
Manage external vendors and/or develop internal resources
What You Have:
4-7 years of total experience is required (sales operations, business/financial analysis, strategy)
2+ years in a B2B software sales operations role
Prior working experience driving measurable insights and implementing scalable systems and processes, particularly leveraging Salesforce.com, within a B2B software environment
Bachelor’s degree required
