This is a remote position, if you don't live in the defined location that's not an issue.

As an Agile Coach, your challenge will be to help us in this transformation process, create an excellent agile culture, transform people, increase the maturity of the process and, at the same time, drive the organization's results.

Your impact:

  • Disseminate agile practices;

  • Facilitate ceremonies such as Retrospectives, or Planning;

  • Coach the PO/PM, Engineering Manager and the Tech Lead maximizing the value of the work done by the team and remove blocks and scale process, and solve conflicts that impacts the team deliveries;

  • Follow up processes execution providing insights for the Internal Leads;

  • Influence team decision-making based on productivity, quality, and effectiveness metrics, Empower teams and areas to identify bottlenecks in their processes through management indicators.

  • Act on these metrics to improve performance and promote continuous improvement of the teams

  • Help the team have more autonomy, less bureaucracy and be self-organized

  • Develop transparency of team activities through visual management.

  • Facilitate and encourage the test & learn process (fail fast, succeed faster)Be a change agent and promote organizational transformation into agile process

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as Agile Coach, Agile Master or Scrum Master Experience with agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or Lean);

  • Experience with end-to-end delivery cadence control, from upstream to downstream;

  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement, empowerment, conflict management, and increasing transparency;

  • Experience with monitoring the team using metrics (CFD - Cumulative Flow Diagram, Burn down, Burnup, Histogram, Flow control, Lead Time and Cycle Time).Advanced or fluent in written and verbal EnglishFluent or advanced written and verbal Portuguese or Spanish;

  • Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment with teammates, stakeholders and build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving;

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment;

  • Empathy, patience, resilience and kindness interacting with others;

  • A can-do attitude, result driven and openness to learning;

  • Open to coaching and willingness to evolve and improve;

  • Strong collaborative problem solver and resolve conflicts;

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsStrong willingness to learn!;

  • Excellent time management skills and commitment to working with deadlines

  • Proactive approach in problem solving
