
Graphic Designer (US Only)

The Marketing team is growing quickly with the brand, and we are looking for a creative, collaborative, and forward-thinking Graphic Designer. Your mission will be to tell engaging brand stories through cutting edge visual assets. Our brand is taking off globally and no two days will be the same. You will learn a lot, produce some of your best work, pitch in on all the things and have a great time in the process. You will be a crucial part of a small but mighty Marketing squad and will work with closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Happiness.
What you will do:
Contribute to conceptualizing both B2B and B2C assets and campaigns, and execute production on various projects
Develop and design assets for events, communications, web, marketing, sales, products, HR, and anything else that needs graphic design touch
Help ensure brand standards are always followed and produced in best practices
Create a knowledge base of insights from paid advertising results that will inform go-forward creative assets to maximize click-through and conversion-to-purchase
Build and maintain a library of creative and digital brand assets in DAM
Assist with brand photo/video shoots and livestreams
Who you are and what you’ve got:
Strong 360 CPG campaign examples including print, packaging, web, social, display ads, emails, sales collateral, and tradeshow booths/materials. Photo/video editing and/or copywriting work a plus.
3+ years of experience in B2C Graphic Design
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field
Experience in a high-growth or high-volume consumer company
A problem-solving machine, optimist and solid teammate
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience with Asana, Clockify or other project management and time tracking tools
Mastery of 2D and 3D design tools (primarily Adobe CC)
Possess basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
An eye for good design, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the drivers for magical user experiences
Business and operational acumen to work cross-functionally effectively
Ability to anticipate, adapt, be decisive, and move fast
