
Marketing Campaign Manager
Sauce Labs is looking for a dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growth marketing team. This collaborative role will work closely with Event, Digital & Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales to create marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to drive marketing sourced pipeline and revenue. This is a key role in our Marketing Operations and Lifecycle Marketing team.
The right person for this role will have a solid understanding of demand generation best practices and an ability to leverage a data driven approach to create and execute a marketing strategy with integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Marketing for key insights for positioning, value proposition and global marketing strategy development
Coordinate integrated campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and optimization work across key marketing and sales functions for multiple programs simultaneously
Lead integrated campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation strategies, ABM, campaign analysis, messaging and positioning, creative, content mapping/development management, and the marketing mix across the buyer’s journey to achieve new business and cross-sell/up-sell revenue targets
Craft email and landing page copy for targeted campaigns
Develop and maintain nurture flows for trial adoption and all stages of the funnel
Drive the creation of audience-centric integrated marketing program strategies by partnering cross-functionally
Define campaign success criteria and goals
Identifies content or campaign gaps in campaign journeys and adjust to support engagement, conversion, and retention
Leverage Marketo and SFDC to report on campaign success
Track campaign results, measure success, and consistently report impact
Build strategic partnerships internally and externally, to influence, motivate, and move the campaigns function forward
Work closely with the BDR Director to define a clear messaging strategy from Marketing through the BDR cadences within sales engagement tools
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years in B2B marketing, SaaS and Product Led Growth experience a plus
Highly organized and self-motivated leader who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, build collaboration between cross-functional teams and leadership
Understand data insights and able to make data driven decisions
Experience developing messaging for a variety of different audiences and customer personas
A deep understanding of the customer, keeping their perspective and experience throughout all projects and initiatives
Exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities
A high-energy, outgoing, “can do” personality with the ability to build the foundation and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and presentation skills
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Conversational Marketing, ABM & Attribution technology (Drift, Intercom, Demandbase, Rollworks, 6sense, Full Circle Insights, Bizible, etc)
