
Marketing Operations Manager
Sauce Labs is looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to own our campaign operations in Marketo. This role will be responsible for our operational efficiency in campaign planning, building and execution. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations & Demand Generation, this person will collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations, and growth to co-create processes and frameworks to help our Marketing organization run effectively and efficiently in order to support campaign strategies and objectives.
The Role:
The main focus of the Marketing Operations Manager is to own our campaign operations. This person will own the strategy of how we build and structure our marketing campaigns in our marketing automation platform (Marketo). This role will partner with other members of our marketing operations team to ensure the infrastructure, systems, data, and lead management processes for the Marketing team are successful.

The ideal candidate will be a Martech savvy professional who thrives in a dynamic environment with proven experience in Marketo and Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining Marketo to support our growing marketing campaigns
Manage marketing operations request process
Define & create program templates in Marketo leveraging tokens
Collaborate with the marketing team early on in the campaign creation process to advise on system, process and structure best practices
Build a nurture infrastructure to support multiple products, messaging and points in the funnel
Partner with other members of the Marketing Ops team to evolve in our Martech stack, including Marketo, LeanData, Terminus, Full Circle Insights, Segment, etc
Responsible for managing the lead lifecycle and ensuring each step in the funnel, from lead entry to customer, is operationalized and optimized cross-functionally through the use of both technology and clearly defined processes
Perform data cleansing and enrichment processes, to improve overall data quality
Formalize the system process for tracking paid media programs leveraging UTMs in Marketo through to SFDC
Work with the Marketing Analytics Manager to track conversion rates from all lead sources, report on progress and make ongoing recommendations for improvements based on data
Meet regularly with Business Development Reps (BDRs) and Inside AEs to monitor and optimize lead quality through the funnel
Stay up to date with marketing operations, technology, and automation trends, tools, best practices, news and potential partnerships that could drive results for Sauce Labs
About you:
Deep understanding of the lead lifecycle
3-5 years experience in high-tech B2B marketing operations, SaaS experience a plus
Direct experience managing and working in a Marketing Automation Platform (preferably Marketo) as well as direct experience using Salesforce CRM, building reports and campaigns
Past agency relationship management a plus
Experience with product led growth a plus
Strong project management skills, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors, and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to think logically and critically when troubleshooting
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Experience with Full Circle Insights, Segment, Chat, LeanData or ABM and Predictive Analytics technology like Terminus/Demandbase/6Sense a plus
