
Customer Marketing Specialist
Spare is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team!
Do you have:
Interest or experience in establishing a community as a marketing pillar
Excellent communication, relationship management and creative skills
Experience in hosting virtual events and/or facilitating learning opportunities
Interest in storytelling, conversational marketing and customer data analytics
Interest or experience in coworking with a team of inspired B2B SaaS marketers focused on thought leadership, relationship, event and community marketing strategies
Previous experience in Customer Success or as a teacher is not required, but may come in handy for this role
Then come join Spare where you will:
Take responsibility for Spare's community-building roadmap, webinar facilitation process, and word-of-mouth marketing programs
Facilitate private workshops for our active community, public webinars for our wider audience and networking and peer-learning opportunities for both
Create data-rich and emotionally appealing customer stories, newsworthy announcements of our customer's new mobility services and best practices as well as guides (together with Spare's Content Writing team)
Enable Spare's Marketing and Growth team with recent customer insights and as the direct link to our active customers and the pulse of the industry
Contribute to the ideation and iteration of our marketing strategy and brand and category development initiatives

How do we work?
