The Director of Product Management will collaborate with leadership and functional partners to create a portfolio of data-driven initiatives that drive step-wise growth in Study.com business. This role will focus on full funnel, product optimization to drive user conversion and engagement with Study.com world-class educational offerings.

About the Director Product Management, Growth Position
Our Product Management team’s core mission is to delight customers and grow market share by creating evidence-based product strategies that identify new products and features and drive growth usage of existing services. We obsessively seek to understand customers’ perspective, are business savvy, have a bias toward data-driven action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product roadmaps. Product managers also serve as the product owners, leading product teams and driving cross-functional collaboration on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
Lead ideation of product changes that can drive growth
Create a roadmap of incremental improvements and big bet initiatives for execution
Partner with marketing to prioritize initiatives and to get stakeholder buy-in
Define key objectives and desired outcomes for all experiments
Lead cross functional teams of product managers, content strategists, marketers, engineers, designers, data analysts to build, test, and implement
Analyze experiment results and determine follow-up and next step strategies
Requirements
12+ years of product management experience
5+ years’ experience in leading growth product initiatives (e.g. SEO, funnel optimization, down funnel engagement)
Proven history of driving high-volume, scaled A/B testing in B2C businesses
Organization-building skills and previous direct management of product managers
Strong quantitative skills to analyze large data sets and test results
Amazing attention to detail overall
A marketer’s feel for how to communicate with consumers
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering or similar quantitative field is preferred
