About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to shape the product and end-user experience towards the goal of helping quality care & education providers manage their businesses more efficiently and connect with parents looking to enroll in their programs. As an early member of the product team, you will report directly to the co-founder and have a direct, consequential impact on the future of our business.
This position is remote-friendly or can be based in our San Francisco office once it is safe for our team to resume working together in person.
Responsibilities
Work on a cross-functional team to develop products and features to support Winnie’s business goals
Manage and prioritize product backlogs and support our agile team of developers
Conceive and validate hypotheses for extending the functionality of the platform, deliver MVP & iterate
Define requirements, write cross-functional specifications, measure results & ship often
Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement
Be obsessed with user satisfaction, and continually deliver on exceptional product experiences
Qualifications
3+ years experience in software product management
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Exceptional project management skills; can lead and coordinate with cross-functional partners and prioritize high impact activities
Experienced with product analytics and able to use data to guide decision making
Solid understanding of UI/UX and human factors in product performance
Solid technical fluency and ability to drive and communicate solutions to technical programs
Bonus points
Working knowledge of web technologies: HTML/CSS, JS, Python, SQL
Education or prior experience in design, marketing or user research
Passion for early childhood development and education
