
Program Manager, New Supply

In order to support our rapid growth, Wonderschool is actively looking to hire passionate, forward-thinking, and creative individuals to join our wonderful team.
Wonderschool is looking for a Program Manager that cansupport launching new in-home childcare programs. The Program Manager will recruit and support new childcare providers, bring them onto the Wonderschool platform, and set them up for long-term success through one-on-one coaching. The ideal candidate is resourceful, customer-focused and team oriented, with outstanding communication skills, has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, is able to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention todetail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Proactively support providers by creating and distributing communications and providing 1:1 coaching.
Develop and deliver best-in-class training and learning opportunities, including weekly virtual and in-person trainings to support providers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new initiatives e.g., marketing campaigns to recruit new providers.
Assist with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or client-facing roles.
Experience with leading virtual and in-person Professional Development.
Ability to build authentic relationships with customers and translate their needs into action plans.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in composing concise, accurate, and appropriately targeted presentations.
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
