Position summary:
As we continue to scale, we are looking for an executive leader who will create a holistic multi-channel brand strategy and image that establishes Wonderschool as the market leader in early childhood education for governments, child care providers, parents, and employers. Our goal is to increase new parent, provider, government, and employer conversions ten-fold over the next 12 months, with our VP of Marketing at the forefront of that effort, giving our VP of Marketing the opportunity to impact social change on a large scale.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to growing the number of engaged programs on our platform.
Strategically structure and establish a collaborative, results-oriented, data-driven marketing team.
Utilize market and competitive research to segment across each of Wonderschool's verticals and define target markets, refine and improve the product value proposition, and implement market entry strategy.
Work with the Sales, Success, Enrollments, and Supply teams to meet their marketing needs and support them in achieving their goals.
Grow our brand awareness to ensure that federal and state government leaders associate Wonderschool with high quality early childhood education.
Create and monitor lead generation funnels. Improve conversion across the funnel working cross-functionally to determine lead quality, quantity, and acquisition cost structure.
Ensure marketing spend is allocated to trackable programs.
Develop a content calendar establishing presence as a thought leader within target customers, driving inbound leads and expediting the sales process. Develop performance tracking and KPIs for all campaigns and content creation.
Generate effective product marketing collateral e.g., product demos, case studies, and webinars to educate customers about value proposition.
Own and manage our social media, website development, and optimize our digital advertising media mix utilizing AB testing and UX enhancements.
Required qualifications:
Positioning expert: You have the ability to create clear positioning for each of Wonderschool's market segments - parents, providers, governments, and employers.
Product marketing expert: You understand how to launch new products and drive adoption.
Small-to-Medium Business Go-To Market expert: You understand how to recruit small businesses, drive adoption, and drive engagement using marketing and channel partnership strategies.
You are metrics driven, with the ability to drive leads with strong unit economics and can quickly calculate CAC to LTV of your work.
You are experienced with SEO and Account Based Marketing.
You are a content creation and digital marketing expert with experience building an online presence.
You have experience managing all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting.
Experience successfully executing account campaigns with quantifiable pipeline impact.
Experience to all facets of marketing including sales support, channel marketing, branding, strategy, messaging, content creation, attribution modeling, and product launch.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field required, Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of marketing success within a high growth company required.
