About the Position
As our Senior Sales Development Representative, you will contact prospects through inbound and outbound channels. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, booking appointments and helping us close deals. You will be part of the entire sales journey and will have the opportunity to help us shape our sales process. Ideally, you have proven experience running demos but we’re also open to SDR’s who would like to grow into this role and have the opportunity to close deals. This involves working with our customer success team to convert trials to sales and upsell existing customers. In This Role, You Will:
Close sales opportunities and help the team reach sales goals
Engage with warm sales leads and other sales prospects
Outreach to new prospects to convert them into new clients.
Qualify leads to ensure effective partnerships
Update lead information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Call and schedule appointments with sales leads
Work to maintain our world-class customer satisfaction rate through clear and timely communication
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call/email activity, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated
Study the features and benefits of Adaptify SEO products and services to educate prospects on their value
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the latest trends and competitor offerings in digital marketing to effectively position our services
40% closing deals
5% researching current clients to uncover data points for use in the sales process
55% prospecting and qualifying leads. We have a great lead list to start from.
Provide ongoing feedback and identify opportunities to improve existing sales materials
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience closing inbound sales in a business-to-business environment
An in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization
5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record, ideally within the SaaS or digital marketing field
Pipedrive CRM and sales tools proficiency
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are solution-driven and enjoy acting as a consultant
You have an interest in the web and stay up-to-date on new and developing technologies
You are a professional, dependable, and independent worker with a solid work ethic
You’re self-motivated, thrive on challenges, and enjoy getting things done
You have an exceptional level of follow-through
You are an outstanding communicator and possess strong interpersonal skills
You are a lifelong learner who loves to grow and stretch outside of your comfort zone and are always looking to improve your skills
