Amazon Account Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 7AM to 3PM Pacific Time (slightly flexible)

Salary: $2,000

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  1. Oversee seller/vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.

    • Maintain the overall health of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.

    • Resolve performance issues and address policy violations promptly.

  2. Collaborate with Functional Team

    • Product Listings Optimization: Collaborate with the team to create, enhance, and fix product listings.

    • Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are maintained to prevent stockouts.

  3. Brand and Content Management

    • Implement and maintain brand stores, product detail pages, and enhanced content.

    • Ensure all product listings are aligned with brand guidelines and Amazon compliance.

  4. Reporting & Analytics

    • Monitor sales, conversion rates, ad performance and customer feedback to maximize revenue.

    • Prepare reports with actionable insights to improve product performance and account operations.

  5. Customer Service & Review Management

    • Address customer inquiries, handling negative feedback, and improving ratings.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication skills to coordinate with support teams, suppliers, and clients.

  2. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.

  3. Proven Experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account management (2+ years preferred).

  4. Familiarity with listing optimization tools (e.g., Helium10, Jungle Scout) and reporting tools in Seller/Vendor Central.

  5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing account health issues.
