About the Role

This is the hire that frees the founder to build. Our active retainer clients need consistent, reliable, autonomous day to day delivery, and we need someone who can own that completely. You will run our client portfolio without close oversight, owning predictable day-to-day fulfillment and task execution. You will master our client delivery loops behind the scenes first, allowing the founder to transition out of daily operations while maintaining rock-solid retention.

The soccer passion is not a nice to have. It is the filter. Because once this house is in order, your career path climbs directly into the soccer holding company side: coordinating club relationships, supporting apparel launches, and driving operations for our core sports platforms as we build toward and beyond the 2026 World Cup window.

What You Will Own

Client Delivery: Manage the day-to-day operations of our active retainer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to standard without founder involvement
Content Coordination: Own content calendars and publishing schedules across client accounts
Performance Oversight: Track and report on core digital marketing metrics across SEO and PPC, flagging issues and keeping clients informed
Task Management: Coordinate workflows, prioritize competing demands, and keep projects moving across the portfolio
Account Transition & Support: Initially, you will own the fulfillment engine behind the scenes while supporting the founder on client accounts. Over your first 60–90 days, you will be systematically introduced to clients, gradually transitioning into their trusted, primary point of contact

What We Are Looking For

2 to 4+ years in digital marketing operations, account management, or a similar client-facing operations role
Comfortable managing content schedules and overseeing SEO and PPC metrics without close supervision
Highly organized and self-directed, you operate without someone looking over your shoulder
Clear communicator who keeps clients confident and projects on track
Experience in an agency environment preferred

The Soccer Requirement

You must have a genuine, deep passion for soccer. Not casual interest, real passion. This is a soccer company at its core, and that shapes how we think, what we talk about, and where this goes.

Growth Path

This role starts in agency operations, but it does not stay there. As the business scales, high performers move into the soccer holding company side: coordinating club partnerships, supporting apparel and merchandise launches, and driving operations for our sports platforms.
