Founding Customer Success Lead

DashFox is an AI-powered “anti-CRM” that scans professionals’ inboxes, resurfaces forgotten relationships, and drafts highly personalized follow-ups that win new and repeat business. Early real-estate users land new listings and referrals within weeks, and strong word-of-mouth is fueling rapid growth. We’re looking for a founding Customer Success Lead to build the entire CS function—then scale and lead the team as we expand to new verticals.

In your first 6 months you will

  • Map the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, with clear success metrics.

  • Document the playbook—SOPs, adoption rates, health scores, and referral processes.

  • Own early accounts—run kick-offs, coach users to first wins, turn them into advocates.

  • Feed insights to product—translate customer feedback into prompt and feature improvements.

  • Lay the scaling foundation—hiring plan, training materials, and process automation.
    (Next: hire CSMs, optimize automation, and help open new verticals.)

What we’re looking for

  • 3–7 years in SaaS customer success or onboarding (SMB / agency clients a plus).

  • Proven process builder in fast-moving environments—can design, document, and iterate SOPs.

  • Commercial mindset—comfortable owning retention, expansion, and advocacy targets.

  • People-first communicator—empathetic on calls, crisp in writing, skilled at coaching users to adopt new workflows.

  • Highly organized—able to juggle multiple accounts, track health metrics, and keep projects on schedule.

  • Real-estate enthusiasm—knowledge of the industry (or genuine curiosity to learn quickly) is a strong plus.

  • Native-level English; clear, concise communicator.

  • Located in an Americas time zone with standard US business-hour overlap.

Bonus points

  • Real-estate or prop-tech experience.

  • Growth/marketing or outbound-sales background.

  • Prompt-engineering skills or strong enthusiasm for AI.
