
Senior Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Lead
About the Company
We’re a remote organization that partners with digital commerce brands to help them scale efficiently. Our team supports several consumer brands across different categories, and we’re looking for a senior-level retention leader who can own the lifecycle strategy, guide execution, and execute our strategy.
Role Overview
As the Senior Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll oversee customer engagement and retention strategy across our brands. You’ll be responsible for driving repeat revenue, building advanced lifecycle frameworks, and ensuring that all retention efforts align with broader business goals. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution. Experience working with North American brands is required.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize full-funnel lifecycle strategies (welcome, activation, repeat purchase, win-back, etc.)
Lead the planning and execution of email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives across brands
Partner with brand, creative, and analytics teams to align campaigns with product launches and growth goals
Analyze customer behavior and retention KPIs to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements
Oversee A/B testing and continuous optimization across all lifecycle channels
Required Experience
5+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing within e-commerce
Strong command of retention and loyalty platforms
Ability to turn data (LTV, churn, CAC payback, segmentation) into actionable strategy
Native English with clear and effective communication—written and verbal
Comfortable owning strategy while executing the work directly
Experience supporting brands selling into North American markets
